I would recommend to everyone. I bought my 2013 Wrangler Unlimited n February of 2023, not only was it a smooth transaction and a pleasure to deal with but the Wrangler runs great! A year later and there have been no problems at all! I will definatley buy from them again!

What an AMAZING experience! I walked on the lot looking for a very specific year and make of a jeep with a specific budget and I saw they had a good amount of jeeps. As I walked around I was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. I spouted out my “demands” and let me tell you, you ask and you shall receive! They had exactly what I wanted and were willing to walk me through the whole processes and make things so quick and effortless. They are definitely our go to dealer!

We came across Best Buy Pre-Owned randomly when searching for Jeeps on Facebook...and are so glad we did!! What an awesome little dealer with a wide range of vehicles... especially jeeps. There were so many unique ones to choose from. I saw a Smoky Mountain Edition jeep and instantly fell in love. John was amazing to work with. He was so kind and was willing to work with us. I bought my 1st wrangler 4 years ago here. It's easy to love a car and post your transaction. We had a great and smooth transaction, John helped us get a better interest rate, our jeep came with a soft top and living in PA with winter I was concerned and a few months after iur ourchase he called and found a hard top in heat condition and the price was much lower then what I was finding. He also showed my husband how to switch them out and helped in the cold rain prepared with tarps and all. We have recommended him to other friends who were very satisfied.

In need of a new car, the owner was really patient and informative with my boyfriend and I buying our first cars. My boyfriend and I were driving by and saw a car for sale that caught our eyes. We talked to John the owner and he let us test drive it. As a first time buyer he was very informative, answered all of our questions and gained a very trusting relationship with us. As a shy and quiet type he helped me feel comfortable to ask anything I wanted to know as well as giving advise for a first time car buyer. If there were any issues with the cars (which was mainly cosmetic) John helped us fix it or informed us of local shops he trusted to take our to. We bought two cars from him so far that run and look great. If I ever want or need a car in the future I will definitely go to him first instead of a main and other small dealerships.

I have worked with John to get three different cars. The first car I purchased was out of necessity as my older car was no longer reliable. I began searching for the best car in my price range with the least amount of miles and model year. Best Buy Pre-Owned beat other dealerships on price by a wide margin. When I walked in, John gave me much more on a trade than I was expecting and gave me a very fair deal on the car without needing to haggle or push. Two months later, I sadly totaled that car on a deer. I was so upset because I got such a great deal. But I called John up and told him the situation. He was able to find me a car a year newer, a step up in model from the same make and 20k miles less than my original car from him with very little out of pocket expenses. I was so thankful. I recently purchased another car from him, this time with a specific request. John was able to get me exactly what I wanted and was again able to beat any other dealership price I found. We had traded text messages, discussing the options while he also was able to share pictures with me of the car so I could make a good decision. As long as I live anywhere in PA or even if I were to move across state lines, as long as I’m in driving distance, I will only work with Best Buy Pre-Owned for vehicles.
